This website deliberately states less than most in the sector. The registered particulars above come from the register. Everything else describes what the registered trade involves and how an enquiry is dealt with.

What you will not find here is a list of accreditations, scheme memberships, certifications, insurance cover, guarantees, coverage areas, response times, staff numbers or customer testimonials. That is not modesty. It is that a supplier, a customer or a credit assessor is entitled to ask for evidence of anything a company publishes about itself, and nothing is published here that could not be evidenced on request.

If you need something confirmed — for a procurement file, a supplier questionnaire or a compliance record — ask for it directly and it will be answered in writing, including where the answer is that something is not held.
